Our Process

Calibration Procedure for Gauges

Our calibration procedure for measuring instruments is designed in accordance with applicable international standards and structured to ensure maximum convenience for the customer.

Quotation

We define the instrument, verify requested ranges/points, delivery time and confirm whether calibration is accredited or non-accredited.

Order Calibration

The customer places an order for the calibration service by email or directly with our staff by phone or in person.

Receipt & Registration

We receive the gauge, inspect its condition, and register it in our system for full traceability.

Inspection & Cleaning

We verify instrument identity and condition, perform a visual and fuctional check to confirm readiness. We then clean the instrument and document findings before proceeding with calibration.

Calibration and primary record

The gauge is precisely calibrated according to accredited procedures and compared with reference standards.

Issuance of Calibration Certificate

After successful calibration, we issue an ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration certificate with all measurement results and uncertainties.

Return to Customer

We notify the customer about successful calibration and ship/hand over the instruments together with the calibration certificate and related records.
